14-day right of withdrawal

As a consumer, you generally have a 14-day right of withdrawal from the day the agreement was concluded.

Important regarding instant delivery of digital services

Our AI transcription is delivered immediately. When you ask to have the transcription carried out right away, we also ask you to expressly consent to delivery beginning before the withdrawal period expires, and to acknowledge that you thereby lose your right of withdrawal once the service has been fully delivered. This consent is given actively (a separate checkbox) before the transcription starts – not merely by accepting the terms and conditions.

How to withdraw (when the right of withdrawal applies)

If you wish to withdraw from a purchase where delivery has not yet begun, you must notify us within 14 days by e-mail to st@mes-beratung.de with an unequivocal statement that you are withdrawing. You may use the standard withdrawal form below, but this is not a requirement.

Refund

If you validly withdraw, we will refund the amount received without undue delay and no later than 14 days after we have received your notice, using the same means of payment as for the purchase.
